I adore the bag
The bag is beautiful and I deeply enjoy it, but I had ordered 2 bags as the buy 1 get 1 promotion. Only this bag arrived and customer service from both Verano and the shipper were so bad it's not worth the hassle of ordering another bag. Which is so disappointing because there were so many more I wanted to order.
