Warranty

We offer a six month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. All our products are closely inspected before being shipped out. However in the rare event your item arrives with a defect, you can contact us here and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item replaced/repaired.

If warranty is approved on your item, we will cover the whole shipping process, from you shipping it to us and then us sending it back to you.

  • Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items
  • We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals
