Returns

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns may be redeemed for store credit or a refund:

If you choose store credit, you will receive the full value of your return, with no deductions.
If you choose to receive your money back to your original payment method, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Change/Cancellations

We begin processing all standard orders right away to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. This includes edits to items, shipping addresses, or cancellation requests.

Orders placed with an extended shipping timeframe may be cancelled if you contact us before the order is prepared for shipment. If you need to cancel one of these orders, please reach out to us immediately.

For all other orders, once processing has started, we’re unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. If your request cannot be made in time, you’ll need to wait for the shipment to arrive and then follow our return process.

Please note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered and we were not contacted in time, we cannot guarantee correction or successful delivery.

I LOVE MY NEW VERANO HILL BAG. ITS CLASSY WITH GREAT QUALITY. THE ONLY THING IS I THINK THAT IT MAYBE BETTER IF IT WAS A BIT MORE ROOMY INSIDE. I'M SURE THE LEATHER WILL SOFTEN WITH USE, AS ITS ONLY NEW.
