All orders can only be changed/cancelled within 12 hours from when the order is placed. This includes shipping address, quantity, and variant changes. We process orders quickly so if you could not contact us within 12 hours, you unfortunately will have to wait until you receive your order and return it back to us. If you made a mistake in your shipping address and fail to contact us within 12 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive to your correct shipping address.

We offer a six month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. All our products are closely inspected before being shipped out. However in the rare event your item arrives with a defect, you can contact us here and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item replaced/repaired.

If warranty is approved on your item, we will cover the whole shipping process, from you shipping it to us and then us sending it back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
